I HAD ASKED MY CLIENT SOME QUESTIONS AND THESE ARE HER ANSWERS

What do you like? - watching Iron Man films and eating chocolate (is this important for your design work?)

What do you not like? - the colour yellow and mushrooms (is this important for your design work?)

What is your favorite colours? - purple, green and blue

What theme are you interested in for the wall? - I would like you to combine the fact that food and graphics are taught in the building. The wall is opposite the creek so maybe using natural shapes and images could work too.

How big does the mural have to be? - it needs to fill most of the wall at the end of the T9 and T10 building

How much paint do we need for the mural? - I can’t answer that question. You will have to research that.

What activities go on in your classroom? - drawing, painting, making 3D models, 3D printing, laser cutting. Cooking, boiling, oven, rolling out, mixing, measuring, frying, baking.

Is there certain designs that you would prefer? - You could use all pictures or you could combine some words too. Make the words clear and readable. Not sentences, just words.

What patterns would you like us to use? - cultural patterns would look good with natural images.

Do we have to have to school name or logo / emblem on the design? - you can if you like but you don’t have to.

In my Perry the pear investigation, Me and Journey took Gracie the grape and mashed her to get her DNA To see if it matched the DNA Left on the Crime scene . but then when we compared Gracie DNA to the crime scenes DNA it didn't match up then we found out the the Bob the blue berry was the killer.

Experiencing a volcano eruption

On Monday the 4th of January, there was a huge volcanic eruption. First there was a big rumble, then everyone saw a huge cloud of steam coming out from the sea. The rocks started bursting out, 5 seconds later, a huge back cloud of ash covered all of that and got bigger and bigger. It started rushing down to the houses then "whooshhh!" the house where out in 2 minutes. When everything starts to clear up, there was a new island right in the middle of the sea. There was lava and blackness on the island.

Today we had Mr Andrew Patterson with Raenan. Raenan was an old Pt England School student who became deputy head boy of Tamaki collage .When he started Tamaki collage he never wanted to go there he even cried and begged his mum not to go there . so his mum said you can go to glendowie in year 10 so he was like ohh solid but then he ended up loving tamaki collage and stayed there and now hes the deputy head boy of tamaki.

Statement 4: Public transport (buses trains) should be free for anyone under 18 years old.

I disagree with that statement : Because the people that drive the train or bus have to wake up early. For people to get to work and other places and then there are kids that are like 10 or 15, That should be paying because the bus or train driver doesn't do their work for nothing. And sometimes kids under 18 just go on the train without paying.

Mr Andrew Peterson

This morning around 9:30 team five had a special visitor Mr Andrew Peterson. He came to team five to have a talk about what we were gonna achieve in life when we get older. He gave us some inspiring words A + I = M . A stands for aspiring I stands for inspiring M stands for motivation. Then he talked to us about a 11 year old boy that helped an grown man that was homeless and crying by the dairy. here is a Link that can take you to a video about the young boy helping a homeless man (It is very aspiring)

And now the homeless man has found a house to live in a job and is very happy now all because of willy.And this story made me wanna be more like willy and think about others not just myself. I hope this story makes to wanna be like willy to.

How to be a good role model

Good role models are everywhere around us you can talk to them when you are sad , need help or if you just want someone to talk to.

One way to be a good role model is to pick up rubbish even though it's not yours it would help our environment and our world. And if you do little kids would copy.

Another way is to not talk back to adults if you are told to do something do it because that’s not showing a good role model.  

Last way is to think positive and do positive things.

How to make a M&M cookie

1. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs,shortening,and vanilla thoroughly. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to cream your mixture and add some M&M’s of your cookies to.
2. You gonna preheat your oven to 200 degrees F height and put you oven on bake so that when you put your m&m cookies in the oven they won’t take so long to cook
3. Then when they have finished baking put them on a platter and wait for them to cool down and then they are ready to eat and that’s how you make M&M cookies.
